From there we move through the exterior walls, trim, doors, flashing, decks, porches, balconies, railings, steps, stoops, and retaining walls, along with the eaves, soffits, and fascia, and we’ll flag any signs of mold along the way. Grading, drainage, and the landscaping around your home get a look too. Last but not least, we get up on the roof to check the structure, covering, drainage systems, chimneys, skylights, and every point where the roof is penetrated.
